Adventure Itinerary
DAY 1: Nairobi to Diani
Start your journey with a transfer from Nairobi to the SGR Terminal at noon, where you’ll
board the train to Mombasa, enjoying scenic views of Tsavo East and West National Parks.
Upon arrival in Mombasa, you’ll be transferred to Diani and check in at Baobab Beach Resort
and Spa. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.
DAY 2: Diani to wasini island tour
After an early breakfast, you’ll be picked up at 7:30 AM and driven to Shimoni, about an
hour away. Meet your guide and board a traditional Arab dhow for a cruise to Kisite Marine
Park, with a high chance of spotting dolphins. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming for about 1.5
to 2 hours, with fruits and soft drinks available on board. Relax and sunbathe on a sandbank
during low tide. Afterward, sail back to the mainland for a delicious lunch at an open
beachfront restaurant. Post-lunch, visit the historic Slave Caves for a 15-20-minute tour.
Depart Shimoni around 3:30 PM and return to your hotel in Diani for the night.
DAY 3: Hotel Beach tour and sunset cruise
After breakfast, relax at the nearby hotel beach, enjoying the warmth of Diani’s sandy shores
and the Indian Ocean’s warm waters. Participate in beach activities like football land
volleyball. Return to your resort for lunch, then embark on a Diani Sunset Cruise. This offers
the chance to spot marine life, witness as tunning sunset over the Indian Ocean, and take
beautiful pictures. Return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 4: Diani to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out of your resort. In the afternoon, transfer to the Mombasa SGR
Terminal for your train back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel/
airport. This marks the end of your memorable safari with us
